We collect information to provide better services to all of our users. Inmobly processes personal information on our servers, which might reside in a number of countries around the world. Inmobly does not sell, trade or rent Personal Information collected in connection with the inmobly Services to any third party and does not disclose your personal Information except as follows: inmobly may (1) disclose Personal Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation; (2) share or transfer Personal Information in connection with a prospective or actual sale, merger, transfer or other reorganization of all or parts of inmobly’s business; and (3) share or transfer uour Personal Information to inmobly’s agents, partners and/or affiliates in connection with provisioning you with the Services. In addition, inmobly reserves the right to fully use and disclose any Personal Information that inmobly collects provided that it is not used or disclosed is in personally-identifiable form.

We do our best to protect inmobly and our users from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular:

This Privacy Policy applies to all the services offered by inmobly and its affiliates, but excludes services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.

Our digital properties may contain links to other websites which are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If you access other sites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect information from you which will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policies, which may differ from ours.
